Abrasive Workshop
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-18 Click:47 Times
Our abrasive workshop prepares and finishes the surfaces of the drums and machine frames used in our sublimation transfer machines.
Grinding and polishing at this stage gives the drum the smooth, even surface that consistent colour transfer depends on. Any high spot on the drum shows up as a mark on the printed fabric, so this is one of the most closely controlled steps in production.
