Uses of a Roller Heat Transfer Machine
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-16 Click:270 Times
A roller heat transfer machine is used wherever fabric has to be printed continuously rather than piece by piece.
Sportswear and performance wear. Polyester jerseys, cycling kit and swimwear, where colour has to survive washing and chlorine.
Home textiles. Curtains, bedding and upholstery fabric, printed in long continuous runs.
Flags and banners. Both sides printed, with no bleed through and no stiffening.
Narrow fabrics. Lanyards, webbing, ribbon and elastic tape, using a machine set to the narrow width.
Footwear and accessories. Shoe uppers, bags and components with complex artwork.
In each case the same reason applies: the roller machine holds temperature and pressure evenly across the full width, so colour is consistent from the first metre of the roll to the last.
