Features of a Sublimation Heat Transfer Machine
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-16 Click:909 Times
Sublimation heat transfer machines are defined by how they apply heat and pressure.
- Oil-heated drum. Circulating heat-transfer oil holds temperature evenly across the whole working width, which is why the colour is even edge to edge.
- Continuous transfer. Fabric and paper feed through against the drum, so output is measured in metres per hour.
- Adjustable pressure. Different fabrics need different pressure settings, and the blanket tensioning system keeps it even.
- Variable speed. Speed sets the contact time, which combined with drum diameter controls colour depth.
- Widths to order. Working widths and drum diameters are built to suit the product, including narrow widths for webbing and lanyards.
The process needs polyester or a high-polyester blend. Within that limit it gives durable colour, a soft handle and a dry process with almost no water use.
