Main Parts of a Sublimation Transfer Machine
Source:ZS Machinery Time:2016-08-16 Click:63 Times
A rotary sublimation transfer machine is built around six main parts:
- Heated drum – the polished steel cylinder that provides the heat. Inside it, heat-transfer oil circulates to keep the surface even.
- Blanket – the endless belt that presses paper and fabric against the drum.
- Oil heating system – heater, pump and rotary joint that circulate and hold the oil at temperature.
- Drive system – motor, gearbox and rollers that move the blanket and fabric at a constant speed.
- Pressure and tension system – cylinders and rollers that keep the blanket tight and the pressure even.
- Control panel – temperature, speed and pressure controls, with safety interlocks.
How well these parts are made – especially the drum surface and the oil circuit – decides how consistent the colour is and how long the machine lasts.
