CO2 laser cutting machine DF series with auto-feeding conveyor and vision camera

The DF series is a CO2 laser cutting machine built for continuous cutting of flexible materials. An industrial vision camera reads the printed outline on every piece and positions the cut automatically, while the automatic feeding conveyor moves the material through so production keeps running without stopping for re-alignment.

Laser power from 80W up to 300W, working areas from 1600 x 1000 mm to 2000 x 3000 mm, repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm and water cooling. Choose stepper or servo transmission depending on the precision and speed you need.
